Section 760IAC1-51-2. Definitions

(a) The definitions as set forth in IC 27-6-9 shall apply for purposes of this rule, in addition to the definition in this section.

(b) As used in this rule, "annual reinsurance premium" means all reinsurance premiums managed by a reinsurance intermediary regardless of where the risks are located.
