Section 760IAC1-48-1. Purpose; scope

(a) This rule sets forth the standards for accelerated benefit provisions of individual and group life insurance policies and provides required standards of disclosure.

(b) This rule applies to all accelerated benefit provisions of individual and group life insurance policies issued or delivered in Indiana on or after the effective date of this rule, except those policies subject to IC 27-8-12.
