Section 760IAC1-40-2. Purpose

The purpose of this rule [760 IAC 1-40] is to prescribe a course of study to be completed by each applicant prior to taking the written licensing examination; to establish the requirements for certification of an individual who seeks to be qualified as an instructor or director of a registered insurance agent program of study; and to adopt the reasonable and necessary forms to carry out the stated purposes of this rule [760 IAC 1-40] and those set forth in IC 27-1-15.5.
