Section 760IAC1-39-3. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this rule:

(1) "AIDS" means acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

(2) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Indiana department of insurance.

(3) "HIV" means human immunodeficiency virus.
