Section 760IAC1-35-6. Severability of rule

Latest version.

If any provision of this rule [760 IAC 1-35] or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of the regulation and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
