Section 760IAC1-33-10. Foreign companies; compliance with foreign law

  •    If the law or regulation in the place of domicile of a foreign company provides a degree of protection to the policyholders and the public which is substantially similar to that provided by 760 IAC 1-33, the commissioner to the extent deemed appropriate by him in his discretion, may consider compliance with such law or regulation as compliance with 760 IAC 1-33.
