Section 760IAC1-32-2. Purpose of rule

   The purpose of this rule [760 IAC 1-32] is to permit individual life insurance policies to provide the same cash surrender values and paid-up nonforfeiture benefits to both men and women and, for policies providing the same cash surrender values and paid-up nonforfeiture benefits to both men and women, to permit minimum valuation standards which are the same for both men and women.
