Section 760IAC1-11-3. Solicitation of proxies, consents, and authorizations

  •    Proxies, Consents and Authorizations. No domestic stock insurer, or any director, officer or employee of such insurer subject to section one [760 IAC 1-11-2] hereof, or any other person, shall solicit, or permit the use of his name to solicit by mail or otherwise, any proxy, consent or authorization in respect of any class of equity security of such insurer held of record by one hundred or more persons in contravention of this regulation and Schedules A and B [760 IAC 1-11-12 and 760 IAC 1-11-13] hereto annexed and hereby made a part of this regulation [760 IAC 1-11].
