Section 760IAC1-1-1. Disclaimer of personal injury or property damage coverage

  •    Whenever any insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Indiana issues an automobile insurance policy providing collision or material damage coverage only and which does not provide liability coverage for personal injury or property damage, the policy or the certificate given in lieu thereof shall contain the following notation upon its face or filing back:

    "THIS POLICY (CERTIFICATE) DOES NOT PROVIDE LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE."

      Such notice shall appear in not less than 10 point type. It may be printed or may be made by rubber stamp impression; provided, however, that deviation from the form prescribed herein may be permitted upon the approval of the Department of Insurance of Indiana.
