Section 75IAC5-2-9. Providing documentation to purchaser

A boat dealer shall provide each person who purchases a boat or watercraft from the dealership with all documentation needed to transfer the title to the boat or watercraft to the purchaser. The documentation must be provided within ten (10) days of the sale or delivery of the watercraft.
