Section 75IAC5-2-5. Dealer certificates of registration or temporary permits to be issued to a dealer or manufacturer

   (a) The following table shall be used to establish the maximum number of dealer certificates of registration to be issued on an annual basis:

(Maximum is thirty (30) registrations.)
Manufacturer Registrations
Annual Boats Made	Maximum Number of Registrations
6─200	4
201─500	6
501─1,000	8
1,000─2,500	10
2,501─5,000	20
(Maximum is fifty (50) registrations.)

  (b) The commissioner of the bureau may also limit the number of registrations issued.

  (c) The commissioner of the bureau may limit the number of temporary permits issued based upon the number of watercraft sold or based upon the extent of the dealer's projected sales.
