Section 75IAC5-1-19. "Suspension" defined

"Suspension" means to temporarily cease operations by a boat dealer for a period specified by the department for a failure to meet or comply with IC 9-31-4-6 [IC 9-31-4 was repealed by P.L.92-2013, SECTION 77, effective July 1, 2013.].
