Section 75IAC3-1-7. Alternative to prescribed forms

   ALTERNATIVE TO PRESCRIBED FORMS. Any disposal facility or automotive salvage rebuilder which wishes to generate information to be contained in the vehicle register and the major component parts register by a data processing report or other comparable report may submit such report format to the Commissioner for approval in lieu of utilizing the prescribed forms required by the Commissioner for such recordkeeping purposes.
