REINSTATEMENT OF REVOKED LICENSE. Any person who has had his license for any disposal facility or automotive salvage rebuilder revoked by the Commissioner may apply for a reinstatement of such license or a renewal license no sooner than 30 days prior to the end of the revocation period.
