Section 75IAC6-2-11. Dealer licensing fees; procedure for handling

The secretary of state shall charge a fee of twenty dollars ($20) or five percent (5%) of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater, but not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250) as a handling charge for returned checks.
