Section 75IAC6-2-1. Certificate of origin for converted vehicles

Latest version.

A licensed:

(1) dealer;

(2) manufacturer;

(3) converter manufacturer; or

(4) transfer dealer;

who converts any type of vehicle, on which a certificate of origin has already been issued, into another type of motor vehicle on which the manufacturer, converter manufacturer, dealer, or transfer dealer issues a second certificate of origin must provide both the initial certificate of origin and the second certificate of origin upon transfer of the vehicle.
