Section 75IAC6-1-10. "New or used motorcycle dealer" defined

Latest version.

"New or used motorcycle dealer" means a person who:

(1) is properly licensed as a dealer under IC 9-32; and

(2) sells over fifty percent (50%) of total unit sales as new or used motorcycles.
