Section 71IAC9-1-19. Emergency situations

   In the event of an emergency in connection with the pari-mutuel department not covered in these rules, the pari-mutuel manager representing the association shall resolve the situation. The pari-mutuel manager shall report the problem to the judges and the association and the judges shall render a full written report to the commission within forty-eight (48) hours. If the matter involves a simulcast program at a time when a live meet is not in progress, the pari-mutuel manager shall render a full written report to the executive director within forty-eight (48) hours.
