Section 71IAC8.5-10-4. Taking of samples

Any applicant or licensee selected by direction of the stewards, commission personnel, or their designee, who is requested to submit to a urine or saliva test shall, without undue delay, at a location and in the manner prescribed by the commission provide the urine or saliva sample, or both.
