Section 71IAC8-9.1-1. Accident on the track

   Any horse that falls or is involved in an accident on the track shall report to the test barn for an examination and emergency treatment by the official veterinarian, a licensed veterinarian authorized by the commission, or racing veterinarian. Such horse may be placed on the veterinarian's list at the discretion of the official or racing veterinarian.
