Section 71IAC7-5-3. Payment of fines

  •    All fines imposed by the judges or the commission shall be paid to the commission. Any person failing to pay a fine within seven (7) days may be summarily suspended pending the payment of the fine and may be excluded, their license may be revoked by the commission, or both, unless an appeal has been filed with the commission and is pending. However, when a fine and suspension is imposed by the judges or commission, the fine shall be due and payable at the time the suspension expires unless otherwise ordered.
