Section 71IAC7-1-3. Entry void

If a person is suspended, ruled off, expelled, or had his or her license revoked or denied, he or she shall not be qualified, as agent or otherwise, to declare for a race, to enter or to race any horse for himself or herself or anyone else, and no horse which he or she owns wholly or in part, or which is under his or her care, management, training, or supervision shall be qualified to race in any race. Such entry, if received, shall be void, and if an entry fee accompanies it, the fee shall be refunded.
