Section 71IAC4-4-9. Alcohol testing

   An association shall provide an alcohol breath testing device that is approved by the commission and operated by a person certified to use such a device. The qualifications of individuals operating breath testing devices and the policies and procedures of the breath testing program are subject to the approval of the executive director or the commission's director of security.
