Section 71IAC3.5-6-1. General authority

   The horsemen's bookkeeper shall maintain the records and accounts and perform the duties described in this rule and maintain such other records and accounts and perform such other duties as the association and the commission may prescribe, including making records available if needed for state board of accounts annual audit in accordance with IC 4-35-7-12(h).
