Section 71IAC3-1-7. Appointment of substitute officials

   Where a vacancy exists among the association's racing officials, the association shall fill the vacancy immediately. Such appointment shall be effective until the vacancy is filled in accordance with this article. In addition, the executive director or the judges have the authority to approve temporary, emergency appointments.
