Section 71IAC12-2-10. Licensing of employees

   (a) No person shall perform any work or services which are conducted in whole or in part on the grounds of a satellite facility without first obtaining a license issued by the commission pursuant to IC 4-31-6.

  (b) The commission shall require all persons licensed pursuant to this section who routinely come in contact with the public to display an identification badge on their outer garment during the course of their employment.
