Section 71IAC12-1-8. Mileage restrictions

   A proposed satellite facility may not be located within twenty-five (25) miles of an approved or existing race track in Indiana that conducts pari-mutuel wagering without the prior written permission of the permit holder that operates the approved or existing race track. Such restriction shall not prevent the approval by the commission of a race track within twenty-five (25) miles of an approved or existing satellite facility.
