Section 71IAC11-1-8. Changes in permit applications

   (a) An applicant shall furnish written notification to the commission of any material change in the information originally submitted in its application. This notification shall be made within five (5) days following the event of such change and provide details to the degree of specificity required in the application.

  (b) Notwithstanding an applicant's timely notification of a material change in the information submitted in its application, the commission may refuse to consider any substantive amendment to an application after the initial submission of the application.
