Section 71IAC11-1-20. Issuance of permit

In considering the issuance of a permit, the commission shall approve, modify and approve, or deny the request for a permit. In issuing a permit, the commission may, in its sole discretion, specify in detail any conditions to which the issuance of a permit is subject.
