Section 71IAC11-1-18. Filing of permit holder's organizational documents

Each permit holder is required to keep on file with the commission a current copy of its organizational documents, such as articles of incorporation, by-laws, articles of partnership, certificate of limited partnership, etc. Any amendment to these documents shall be filed with the commission as soon as is practicable by the applicant.
