Section 71IAC11-1-11. Permit applications as public records

  •    The secretary of the commission shall retain and safeguard all applications received under IC 4-31-5. Promptly after an application has been filed, the secretary shall deliver the application to the commission for review. Upon filing, the application shall become a public record as defined in IC 5-14-3-2, therefore making the application subject to public inspection or copying, except that any personal financial information required in the application or as a supplement thereto shall be kept confidential in accordance with IC 5-14-3-4(a)(5).
