Section 71IAC7-5-2. Improper language  


Latest version.
  •    If any licensed person:

    (1) uses improper language to the racing officials or member of the racing commission or threatens such officials;

    (2) uses profane or indecent language; or

    (3) otherwise disturbs the peace of any race track enclosure;

    he or she may be ejected, fined, suspended, or referred to the commission for any penalty provided by these rules.
