Section 71IAC7-3-15. Hobbles; head pole, restrictions

Any horse going on/off hobbles for the first time from the last start must requalify. Subsequent changes may be approved by the judges with good cause. No horse shall be permitted to wear a head pole protruding beyond its nose.
