"Indiana sired" means a foal sired by a registered Indiana stallion properly registered with the Indiana horse racing commission as outlined in 71 IAC 14.5-2-3 and whose mare must fulfill the requirements of 71 IAC 14.5-1-1 [section 1 of this rule].
