Section 71IAC10-2-2. Complaints

(a) On their own motion or on receipt of a complaint from an official or other person regarding the actions of a licensee, the judges may conduct an inquiry and disciplinary hearing regarding a licensee's actions.

(b) A complaint must be in writing and filed with the judges.
