Section 710IAC2-2-3. Amendments

(a) An application for registration shall be amended within 30 days after any change (other than a change in occupancy) in the information required by 710 IAC 2-2-2.

(b) An application may be amended by filing a copy of the form prescribed for applications, with appropriate changes.
