Section 68IAC9-5-8. Restrictions on gift giving

No licensee or applicant for any license may, directly or indirectly, give or offer to give any gift, gratuity, compensation, travel, lodging, or anything of value to any member, employee, or agent that the member, employee, or agent is prohibited from accepting under section 7 of this rule.
