Section 68IAC24-3-38. Commission representatives and inspectors

   (a) There must be present at an event at least one (1) commission representative or inspector appointed by the executive director or the executive director's designee for the purpose of providing on-site regulation.

  (b) The executive director or the executive director's designee may assign a chief commission representative and as many additional commission representatives or inspectors as is necessary for the oversight of the event.
