Section 68IAC21-3-1. Allowable events

Latest version.

In addition to the events identified in IC 4-32.2-2-2, the following events are allowed:

(1) A water race event.

(2) A guessing game event.

(3) A game of chance conducted as a fundraising activity of a qualified organization and approved by the commission.
