Section 68IAC2-2-7. Reapplication for denied license

A person whose application for a supplier's license has been denied may not reapply for a supplier's license for a period of one (1) year from the date on which the commission voted to deny his or her application, unless the commission grants leave. The commission may grant leave for reapplication if the applicant can demonstrate that the reason the original application was denied no longer exists or bars suitability for licensure.
