Section 68IAC2-2-3. Supplier's license fees

Latest version.

   (a) All fees shall be submitted to the commission in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the state of Indiana.

  (b) The supplier licensee shall remit the supplier's license fee described in IC 4-33-7-1(a) upon notification by the commission of suitability for licensure.

  (c) The supplier's license:

(1) is valid for a period of one (1) year; and

(2) may be renewed annually upon compliance with section 8 of this rule.
