Section 68IAC2-2-11. Request for hearing on notice of denial or nonrenewal of supplier's license

(a) An applicant or supplier licensee who is served with a notice of denial or nonrenewal under this rule may request a hearing under 68 IAC 7.

(b) If the applicant does not request a hearing, the notice of denial or nonrenewal becomes the final order of the commission denying the application for a supplier's license or not renewing the supplier's license.
