Section 68IAC2-2-10. Disciplinary action

Latest version.

The commission may take any action against a supplier licensee at any time, including, but not limited to:

(1) revocation;

(2) restriction; or

(3) suspension;

of a supplier's license at any time that the commission determines the supplier licensee is in violation of IC 4-33, IC 4-35, or this rule.
