Section 68IAC2-1-3. Casino owner's license fees

(a) All fees shall be submitted to the commission in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the state of Indiana.
(b) The casino licensee shall remit the initial license fee of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) after complying with the conditions set forth in section 5(e) of this rule. The owner's license will not be issued until the twenty-five thousand dollar ($25,000) license fee has been received by the commission. The initial owner's license is valid for a period of five (5) years. After the expiration of the initial owner's license, the license may be renewed annually upon compliance with section 9 of this rule.
(c) If the commission revokes the initial owner's license during the first four (4) years after issuance of the license, a pro rata share of the initial license fee may be credited toward any penalty assessed against the casino licensee for a violation of IC 4-33, IC 4-35, or this title that resulted in the revocation of the casino owner's license.
