Section 68IAC16-1-12. Collection of past due accounts

The casino licensee shall establish policies and procedures for the collection of past due markers and returned checks. The policies and procedures shall be submitted in accordance with section 3 of this rule. Amendments to the policies and procedures shall be handled in accordance with section 4 of this rule.
