Section 68IAC10-9-6. Payment of wagers

(a) Winning wagers must be paid at odds of at least one (1) to one (1) except that a commission or vigorish may be taken from the amount won. The vigorish shall be collected at the time that the winning wager is paid.

(b) Promotional wagers must be paid at odds approved by the executive director.
