Section 68IAC10-2-19. Surrender

(a) The riverboat licensee may permit the player the option of surrendering the player's cards by forfeiting one-half (½) of the player's original wager if the dealer does not have a blackjack.

(b) A player must surrender before receiving additional cards to the player's hand.
