Section 68IAC1-1-8. "Bill changer" defined

  •    "Bill changer" means an electromechanical device attached either on or into an electronic gaming device for the purpose of issuing credits equal to the amount of cash or cash equivalency inserted into the bill changer. The bill changer shall accept and analyze the legitimacy of United States currency. If a credit is issued, the player shall use the registered credits to activate the electronic gaming device as a wager.
