Section 68IAC1-1-59. "Live gaming device" defined

Latest version.

"Live gaming device" means any nonelectrical or nonelectromechanical apparatus used to gamble upon, including, but not limited to, the following:

(1) Roulette wheel and table.

(2) Blackjack table.

(3) Crap table.

(4) Poker table.
