Section 68IAC24-3-25. Venue security

   (a) At an event, either the promoter or the venue must provide adequate police or private security forces for the protection of event participants and spectators.

  (b) The promoter must have a final plan for providing adequate police or private security forces on file with the executive director or the executive director's designee prior to the start of the event.

  (c) The executive director or the executive director's designee must approve the final plan for security, including the:

(1) total number of security personnel; and

(2) security personnel stations.

  (d) Either the promoter or the venue must provide a commission representative with the name and emergency contact information for the chief of security before the commencement of the event. (Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 24-3-25; filed Aug 28, 2012, 1:57 p.m.: 20120926-IR-068110385FRA)
